To be able to clean we need access to an outdoor tap. We can, on occasion, use a kitchen tap providing we are able to secure a connection. Elevated Garden Services Ltd accepts NO responsibility for water leakage when an indoor taps used. If access to an outdoor tap requires the hose to run through the property, Elevated Garden Services Ltd accepts NO responsibility for potential water damage within the house. We do not like running hoses through a property and as the property owner/occupier you take the liability upon yourself in the event of a leak.

We are not allowed to run the main high pressure hose through the property. To clean a patio we need access via a side gate or path. We can go through a garage so long as it is clear of any obstructions or valuable items. It is up to the property owner/occupier to ensure that the garage is clear of valuable items.

Elevated Garden Services Ltd is not responsible for the ingress of water through external fixtures, such as windows & doors. It’s the duty of the property owner to ensure all doors and windows are watertight.

Due to the nature of the cleaning process, water may enter underneath garage doors. Elevated Garden Service Ltd is not responsible for damage to any items stored behind the garage door. It is the property owners responsibility to move any valuable items before cleaning.

The cleaning process produces a lot of water and potential waste. In the case of block paving, all removed weeds, moss and detritus bagged up and removed. We do need free flowing drainage to avoid water pooling. Any drains or gullies should be clear of leaves and silt etc before begin we start cleaning. If you cannot do this yourself, we can gladly assist. A charge of £15 may be incurred if we have to clear out any blocked gullies/driveway grilles.

High pressure cleaning WILL NOT remove lichen spores (black spots). In some cases heavy algae staining too. We can remove these but this requires a chemical treatment. This treatment is not included in our standard cleaning pricing.
